Usually next day collection, apart if there is a weekend or holidays. If there would be a problem, you still would get your passport back by the next working day and you'd need to re-apply with whatever was missing before.

The only way to switch passport if you have dual nationality is by flying in to a country, not possible to switch on land borders. That's valid for most countries, not just here in Asia.

- I'm sorry but please point out where it said one has to provide bank statements for a SETV. It only says proof of funds for SETV but asks for financial bank statemented 6 months for METV not same,
