I saw Georgia is also open and not to expensive. I searched bkk to Guam around 18,500 baht one way. Flights available on aug 1st

i to have thought there will be a money grab. They will offer some one time amnesty visa program to extract more money from those wanting to continue to stay. I think the number is higher than 100,000 as the US Embessy estimated 40,000 USA citizens will be effected by the end of the amnesty.

I have retirement visa, Thai credit card and Thai car loan (in my name alone). So that is in correct.

yes can renew in bkk. I think there is no need to notify of the location. But confirm that with staff when renewing.

Work permits are now valid for any location or authorized job. They are no longer specific to a location. This changed a year or two ago.

If you do online you must do 7 days before your due date.

You can see the notices from airlines. I saw Thai lion air said no flights after 25.
