Thanks a million Kool, it's a renewal, we renew her immig O visa as she is dependent on my immig non-B. Is it still the case that we would have to re-do the renewal after the visa transfer? Also, do you know whether it is ok for the transfer to happen in CM where the actual renewal is done in Bangkok (through BOI)?

- I thought that was the case - I've found the decree that brought about the change in 2018, but wasn't sure if I was reading it correctly as I'm being told something different. Great to have it reconfirmed on here. Thank you

- thanks so much, that's a relief to know. I will follow up with the company to let them know. Do you know whether that means I can just renew my WP in Bangkok and then explain that I have changed location to Chiang Mai afterwards?
