What should I do after my Destination Thailand Visa was rejected due to Muay Thai documentation issues?

Use yourvisa(.)nl and choose “spoed”. It’s a service that helps you with applying. You send your documentation to them and they double check everything and correct wrongs and then they will apply for you instead of you doing it yourself.

Mine was approved through their service in 2 working days, dutch passport.
