I do mine in Chiang Mai immigration and they don't care where the money comes from as long as it is there for at least 2 months and you have documents from the bank to proof that as well as your updated bankbook.

You have to give full access to your account to that agent so you should give them a empty bank account. They will ask for your cards and ask the bank to remove your app access so you cannot use your own bankaccount while their money is on it.

Yes I have that visa now. So do you know where in Chiang Mai I have to go for this proof that the marriage is still valid? I have Kor Ror 1, 2 and 3 as they were given to me on the day I married.

Yes of course. In Chiang Mai Amphur and I have the documents they gave me back then. I'm just wondering whether I need to go someplace to have them legalize the documents again? As in confirming they are still real for immigration? This is the question I am asking.

Yes I am married and have the Thai Certificate in thai language. But I mean that is just a paper. I feel like I need to go to some office to have them confirm that the marriage is still real? Or am I overcomplicating it?

Thanks I have that overview but I am still unsure about whether I need to 'legalize' anything or is this only the first time?

Work permits are tied to your job. Find a job and then they will give you papers to get the work permit from the government. Or at least this is how it went with me :)
