I think so too which is why I adviced to work for a few months first ;-)

Anonymous participant dont have to explain to me. Explain to the embassy. Personally I would increase my chances of approval and spend a few months working first. Anyway up to you, good luck.

It's not a requirement to proof you have income. It is however a requirement to proof you are working online. Just signing up to preply without a working history may not be accepted I think. You could try adding a cover letter to explain your situation. Good luck.

Anonymous participant because you don't need a 5 year visa if you can only work in thailand for 30 days per year. People have been rejected over this before so definitely don't mention it anywhere 😉

Last i checked, proving your income is not a requirement. You need to provide bank statements to proof you have the required 500k thb in your account.

In my case I am self employed so I provided incorporation document and screenshots of my website and portfolio.

Good luck.

The language depends on the country you apply. You can usually apply in local language of the embassy, English or Thai. Good luck.

You will be fine if that 30 day rule is not mentioned anywhere in the contract.

Its not a joke lol. You either extend at immigration and have to provide all documents again or you leave the country and come back (border run). Those are your options. Good luck.

Yes I have. Just leave the country to cancel the visa. Yes you can only apply from an embassy outside of Thailand.
