i did do it today but what i care more about is debit limit 20,000

Had to sign few papers and she also photo copied my passport and the debit card said there will be sms in 2-3 days asked if there is chance for reject she said yes but the account isn't abnormal so it should be ok.

Face recog is just for the app limit not debit

well i signed papers she also took photo copy of my debit that i want to change the limit for again i dont care about app limit but the debit one said documents has been sent and sms should arrive within 2-3 days we will see

Ok just back from kbank need to scan face recog and call the call center for app limit change itself for debit card i has to sign 6-7 pages they said needs to be sent and then can change debit limit takes 2-3 days she said afterwards you get sms to your phone

for my friend who has kasikorn he can set the limit to 200,000 no problem for me it does not work not for debit card spend limit which i care about the most

but to me call center cant do that they told me to go to branch and i need my limit changed for the debit and not app

did you call afterwards to the call center? Because she told me photo and call the center for the change
