I have CELTA and found a range of jobs in Thailand easily, from University to private tuition. Be aware most places want at least a year commitment and it’s hard work with long hours and poor pay.
best not to book until there’s been an official announcement by the Thai government. Flights can be cancelled/not allowed to board and it will take ages to get a refund.
I think it's a tactic to get revenue. Lots of people booked flights that were 'showing' only to have them canceled and then be offered a credit note or wait months (some are saying up to a year) for refunds.
