You should contact WISE and ask them to flag your account so they do not use a secondary Thai bank for your transfers. Many threads about this in the WISE group.

the hurdles of opening a bank account have become ridiculous. I opened my bank account many years ago without issues and without an agent, but in today's world, I would have to pay an agent.
