, Your will in the UK is valid regardless of where you live. It is only cancelled out by a later will.

Then I suggest you stick with a U.K. lawyer or do it through online guidance yourself. Signed in front of witnesses it’s valid in the U.K.

I got my UK solicitor to send me my will by email. I signed it with witness x 2.

Sent it back to UK keeping a copy for myself.

You can get free guidance on the UK Age Concern website .

I will watch for modifications too. I was declined , they wouldn’t accept 5 years U.K. government tax office documents showing tax paid on £150,000 pa income …

I can only speak as I have found.

Been with AXA since 2009. No claims made whilst abroad but U.K. claims were settled swiftly directly to the hospital.

I have full global cover, I’m 68 and my premium is £760 per month.
