As I have so many short breaks in Thailand, I intend renting a condo on a yearly basis. Are there immigration rules about this? I know hotels must inform immigration of guests. My family will also use the condo for holidays throughout the year. Nobody staying more than 28 days at a time. Thanks in anticipation.
