Will there be changes to the eligibility criteria for the LTR visa in Thailand for those employed by government-owned companies?

I work for an overseas company which is wholly government owned, and as a result my 10 year LTR visa application was rejected (couldn’t provide 3 years of audited accounts).

Has anyone heard of any upcoming changes that might make me eligible ?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user faced a rejection for their 10-year Long-Term Resident (LTR) visa due to the inability to provide three years of audited accounts as required for their employment at a wholly government-owned company. They are inquiring about potential upcoming changes in visa eligibility that may allow for reconsideration of their application. Commenters express skepticism regarding imminent changes to the application process, citing current high volumes of applications and previous individual experiences with documentation issues.

I will watch for modifications too. I was declined , they wouldn’t accept 5 years U.K. government tax office documents showing tax paid on £150,000 pa income …

They're not able to keep up with the current application volume, so I don't foresee any changes until they get caught up and the number of applications drops.
