yes, its a letter confirming your residence. Several banks ask for this. It’s quite strict now and they often require long stay visa and a work permit or a house book.

Yes, residence certificate, but you got your account because of your Non O based on marriage which is a long stay visa and the main requirement now.

can’t get a work permit on a DTV. Non O based on marriage is a long stay visa which qualifies for opening a bank account.

It’s a tourist visa and you will not be able to open an account.

You can’t have to active visas at the same time. A METV is valid for 180 days after it’s issued, then it’s automatically cancelled and you can apply for a DTV.

Previous history on tourist entries has no influence whatsoever on your Non Immigrant visa application. (As long as you’re not banned).

No, and if you tried to do another visa exemption entry they would probably deny you and tell you to get a proper visa,-as you then already will have.
