I just got my Non Immigrant OA visa (yay) out of the Thai consulate General in Los Angeles (super fast turnaround). I paid for the multi entry visa but cannot find whether a reentry permit is still required. Can those who are knowledgeable about this visa confirm for me that a multi entry visa does NOT require re-entry permits each time I leave Thailand over the year length of the visa? Thanks for the sincere and serious replies.
TLDR : Answer Summary
A multi-entry Non Immigrant OA visa allows you to leave and re-enter Thailand without requiring a re-entry permit for each departure, as long as the visa is valid. However, to extend your stay into a second year after the visa expiration, you would then need a re-entry permit and updated health insurance.
