Yes and no.. You will not get a re-entry on the visa since it already used up but you can by a re-entry stamp for the "Permit to stay stamp" that you have in your passport.....

And we that are studying here in Phuket on an ED visa has to pay 3100 in bribes every 90 days to get our extension.....

100% sure about that... Because here in Phuket we always have to report our address again if we have been to a hotel for let say only 1 night :/
