Can I get re-entry stamp for my SETV? i'm going back home for 5 days and come back with the same visa.

Yes you can but you must be back before your current Admitted to Stay date stamped in your passport and on re-entry you will get the same date again.

You can get it at the Immigration Office in your area or

on both Bangkok's International airports. Other airports I don't know the opening times.

Yes and no.. You will not get a re-entry on the visa since it already used up but you can by a re-entry stamp for the "Permit to stay stamp" that you have in your passport.....
