TLDR : Answer Summary
Yes, you can get a re-entry stamp for your SETV, but you need to return before your current 'Admitted to Stay' date expires. However, while the original visa usage is accounted for, you can obtain a re-entry stamp for the Permit to stay that you currently have.

Yes you can but you must be back before your current Admitted to Stay date stamped in your passport and on re-entry you will get the same date again.

thanks Robert. Can I get the re-entry stamp at the airport or do I have to go get it at the immigration?

Yes and no.. You will not get a re-entry on the visa since it already used up but you can by a re-entry stamp for the "Permit to stay stamp" that you have in your passport.....
