Thai pass is for entry into Thailand. It should match what you are legally allowed. If you enter visa exempt (put 30days) Tourist visa put (60days) If you enter days exceeding your allotted stay the A.I. bot will probably reject it and pass it on for further review. Just my opinion 🤷
You never know what the situation is going to be down the road. If I were you I would look to switch to an Education when your tourist visa or first extension expires. Contact the school or Muaythai gym to help you with that.
You can apply for a 30days extension at any immigration office. Cost is 1900baht. As for the 60 days covid extension, if it's still being offered by the time your 30days extension is over then you can apply for that as well.
They probably want a TM30 from you. Can you contact the owner of the airbnb? They are supposed to fill TM30's for anyone staying at their property. Or is it the 90day report as some offices were requesting that as well?
