TLDR : Answer Summary
Recent experiences from travelers arriving in Bangkok under the Test & Go program indicate varying times for receiving PCR test results after checking into hotels. Results have been received anywhere from 6 to 24 hours, with many sharing their results came in between 6 to 12 hours. The timing can depend on the hotel policy and the testing lab's capacity, with some travelers receiving results as quickly as 3.5 hours after testing and others waiting up to a day. It's advisable to check with the specific hotel regarding their policies.

I came in at almost midnight. Was processed through at the airport very quickly. Got to my "test and go" hotel after my covid test around 1 am. Was told 4 hrs. More like 8 hours. I shouldn't complain honestly. But about 22 hours from the US I was more than tired waiting on results but honestly that wasn't that bad
