TLDR : Answer Summary
You do not need a Fit for Flight certificate to enter Thailand from Norway. A negative RT-PCR test is sufficient, provided it is issued in English within 72 hours before your departure.

'Fit to fly' is obsolete. What you need is a negative RT-PCR certificate in English. The result must be issued within 72 hours before your first flight departure.

There is no need for a fit to fly certificate. The test needs to be RT-PCR
