i haven’t been there but phils has basically same system everywhere. that said some of the people are wonderful everywhere. yet, i hate being around guns and phils has abundance. but i don’t remember any at Alona beach in Panglao.

i speak visaya and cebuano after making my own dictionary in cebu. i have family there and friends. it is still much more dangerous and much dirtier and louder than cambodia. more corruption.
