I guess Revolut is a bank. bank to bank transfers incur fees, some more than others. When we transfer from Australia to our Thai Bangkok Bank we use a third party called Wise, they charge a fee always less than the bank and better exchange rates, and Bangkok Bank doesnt charge a fee for receiving the funds. I suggest you set up an account with them, we have used them for many many years without a problem.

Go to airport b4 boarding pay immigration the fine, and hope they dont bar you from re entry for too long.
