don’t talk bad . I am talking the truth and been here on a retirement visa for 2 years. I have enough money to stay here forever. You are advising people to pay bribe money and to break the law. I for sure will not go that route anymore. Be careful what you say an who you accuse of lies! Regards

i did use an agent in Pattaya on a non o visa during covid times. After 15 days quarantine, I still had 15 days to visit hospitals due to unforeseen circumstances ( tumour). Had to register my drone within 30 days , and had to open a bank account. Obviously I failed on the last and used an agent in chonburi.

The year after, I tried extending my visa for another year, but they found out, that previously, I cheated with an agent…. So agent again in chonburi.

The year after, I tried to extend my visa again in Bangkok this time. And they declined because I used an agent before in chonburi. I had to leave the country and reapply for a new non-o visa. I am married in the mean time. True story. Regards

don’t use them… it will haunt you forever. Talking about experience… be brave and succeed. Immigration officers prefer that!

Non-o + valid address + big cash + a good reason why you need a bank account (retirement visa, etc), should do the trick….
