Thailand can manage Indian , Chinese or even Brits and Germans in large numbers what is toxic to Thailand are those refugees who want to settle and introduce their conflicts and religious believes into communities.

The issue is not the length of visa but to not allow refugee groups to take over communities- Russians and Israeli cause the most problems. It’s again failed response to solve an issue.

Anonymous participant 351 I payed mine at a normal schedule had past and future appointments so could provide bills which are always helpful - any clinic/doc with there related license certificate will be sufficient

I assume you are Vietnamese maybe they deal with foreigners application faster as they are most likly shorter in Vietnam just a reason to calm your nerves - all will be fine they make it to easy now.
