TLDR : Answer Summary
When applying for a visa online in Thailand, you can save your application and finalize it later. However, be aware that if you do not pay for the application within 15 days after finalizing, the system indicates that the application may be removed.

You mean, before paying? The system says that finalized applications not paid within 15 days would be "removed", but I don't know if that really happens.

It also says under Recent Incomplete Visa applications:

Incomplete applications over 14 days will be automatically removed from the system.
