What are the current entry requirements for Thailand regarding vaccination and testing?
Anything else needed except a vaccination certificate to enter Thailand right now? PCR?

You do not need a vax to enter Thailand. A PCR test is enough. If you have a vax, you do not need a test

Proof of vaccination is all you need if you are vaccinated. It will likely be checked by your airline and not in Thailand, but there's a chance you are randomly checked upon arrival.
