TLDR : Answer Summary
Currently, to enter Thailand, proof of vaccination is required for vaccinated travelers, and it will likely be verified by the airline. If you are not vaccinated, a PCR test is sufficient for entry. It's important to note that random checks may occur upon arrival in Thailand.

You do not need a vax to enter Thailand. A PCR test is enough. If you have a vax, you do not need a test

Proof of vaccination is all you need if you are vaccinated. It will likely be checked by your airline and not in Thailand, but there's a chance you are randomly checked upon arrival.
