Hanoi DTV approved.

Submit 26th November 17.00

Approved 3.December 10.00

Medical/dental

Supplied 2 bank statements of November from a German bank and an English statement from my country of residence both showing each well over 500k baht.

Current location input hotel booking Hanoi and stamp.

Home country not my passport country but country of residence.

What else to say ? I was a bit concerned as others got approved earlier by a day or two.

TLDR : Answer Summary

Was this in person at the embassy or were you able to do the application online?

I applied the same day same embassy but haven't heard anything yet. They seem to process soft power applications a bit quicker.

well it seems to be an easier documentation process than providing business documents and accounts etc..I am sure they approve yours by tmr before the public holiday.

I am keeping my fingers crossed. It's okay though, some other embassies actually take almost a month.

I assume you are Vietnamese maybe they deal with foreigners application faster as they are most likly shorter in Vietnam just a reason to calm your nerves - all will be fine they make it to easy now.

I don’t know what you need? Identify a clinic , create a project, get a schedule/medical certificate at least 6 months stretched out- payment and receipt- clinic&doc certification all stamped and done - very straightforward.

My personal feeling if you suffer a cronical decease better go with that as it makes a years long investigation&treatment necessary just in case they change the rules or want after a while reevaluate the reason for your visa.

do you have to prepay for the treatment? Can you get it with any dentist or do they have to be approved by immigration?

Anonymous participant 351 I payed mine at a normal schedule had past and future appointments so could provide bills which are always helpful - any clinic/doc with there related license certificate will be sufficient

Participant anonyme 351 I want to do an invisalign that lasts at least 2 years for a cost exceeding 5000€. I am afraid of being refused the visa and losing my money, I read on some previous posts that people have been refused DTV on invisalign and braces.
