This is not about screwing people. I have yet to see an insurance covering a mandatory stay in a hospital or hotel because the person sitting next to you in the airplane tests positive for Covid.
Your answer is not correct. My international drivers license (from The Netherlands) is valid in Thailand, but doesn't have the Thai language. It has many, but not Thai.
You are wrong. It is not OR but AND. You need both. The international drivers license is not much more than a translation of your real driving license, and worthless without it.
Is this a real transit? Or do you have to stay in the airplane during the stop in Bangkok? Many airlines now land in airports just to pickup some extra passengers. Etihad is doing the same, in that case it is not a transit and it is allowed.
Krungsri opened an account for me, but they needed a 1 year rental contract. After showing that everything was ok. That was at the Tesco Lotus at On Nut BTS. But this was after another branch of Krungsri refused me for no reason.
Because demands are down, rental companies stopped buying new cars. As a result of that there is a shortage now in Europe and prices are about double now there. I am not sure about Thailand, but maybe it works the same here.
I know True 10 mps unlimited is 10 mbps unlimited download, but upload is twice as much. And 10 mbps is enough for Netflix Youtube etc. Unless you are going to download Gigabytes 10 mbps is probably enough.
