I will fly to BKK on Febuary 1, and will arrive there Febuary 2. I already have my Thaipass, 1 week AQ hotel booking etc. Does anyone know what will happen? Would I qualify for Test&Go when I arrive in Bangkok on Febuary 2 ? Or do I have to quarantine for a whole week?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is wondering about their travel plans to Bangkok, specifically if they will qualify for the Test&Go scheme upon arrival on February 2, given that their flight arrives one day after the new regulations start. The comments indicate uncertainty, with most suggesting they might still be required to quarantine for a week unless they can successfully reapply for the Test&Go scheme on February 1.

Unfortunately you will still need to do quarantine unless you are lucky enough to re apply for TP & get granted a T&G pass on the 1st of Feb (given that that actually comes in to play)

I will try, and apply for a new Thai pass Feb 1 at 0:00. With some luck I will hear what I have to go through again when landing in BKK on Feb 2...

Is bkk open for test and go on the 1st? It had been removed from the list prior to that.

You missed the latest news. Really, you have to read all Thai newspapers several times a day to keep up with the changes

I was in that same situation when the COE was changed to Test and go on Nov. 1, I arrived on Nov 6 and was allowed to leave the hotel the next day after my negative test. So there is hope for you.

Perhaps delay your trip by 24 hours, reapply for Thai Pass, Test and Go...

From what I understand you can't actually apply for it until 1 Feb so you're stuck with quarantine I'm afraid.

That being said, it hasn't been made official yet so I'm sure more details will be released over the next week or so.

That's the first day of the new scheme, I would anticipate much confusion...
