Just looked at previous messages, last time I went to do this was a Thursday, I got there at 8am was out by 9am! Answered my own question there, but this was about 14 months ago.

My issue with this late mission, is no taxis were present at about 5.30pm, plus traffic was shocking when finally did manage to get one. Will try and risk the early bird strategy!

Then you got the horrendous mission of trying to get a taxi at 6pm, which was impossible last time, and then the traffic. Just not worth trying that strategy out. Unless you got a helicopter!
