I think you get mixed up with Chiang Rai. No flooding in CM city. In CM province only 3 hours drive north in Mae Ai district. The Kok river has high water.

Same me. We are in the same situation. Still officially resident in the Netherlands but longstay visa in Thailand.

As i luckily still can do. No mandatory money on any Thai bank. And for my knowledge no immigration demands 800K if you can show the income statement.
