How would I jeopardise you? You have a retirement visa so can't legally work in Thailand. Illegal working without a work permit is going to jeopardise you more

If by visa run you mean go to the embassy in a neighbouring country to collect the DTV then maybe. But if you mean just border bounce then no, it can't be done
