Afternoon all, I hope everyone is keeping safe.

I've been trying to do my 90 day report on the website and app but have been coming across this notification. I'm not on an overstay as my extension of stay is valid until the end of October. I've also done multiple 90 day reports in person at MTT. 

Am I doing something wrong or just unlucky?

I was unsuccessful using the website and when using the mobile app it said I was on overstay. I was not on overstay. I had a receipt for my previous 90 day report done in person at MTT but that report apparently didn't make it into the computer system. I then made a reservation at MTT and filed in person. I was able to file in person at MTT with no wait. They told me to try again on-line next time.

Just now I tried (on my iPad) and got essentially the same message as when I try on my Win 10 laptop - ‘contact immigration’. So, off I’ll go tomorrow.

A lot of people (including Tod Daniels) are being flagged in the system as being on overstay, because of a computer glitch.

I recommend trying to do your 90 day report using the website:

Immigration web-portal [best option];
