Hey Everyone! So I finally got TTB bank to give me a savings bank account after visiting 8 different banks. I had to give them a photocopy of my passport, my DTV visa, an official ID from my birth country (I used my international driver's licence) and a photocopy of the registration of my landlord owning my rental apartment with her signature, and they gave me it on the spot, It's free. I went to TTB Bank at Big C Express On Nut.
