This actually works for Taiwan! If u hold usa visa they u can apply for something that allows u to use ur usa visa to enter Taiwan. My husband is thai and he did this. But this is the only country I know that does this.

You could also walk into or call and book a flight with a local tour company. They can hold your flight for a certain amount of time and if you don't pay they release your ticket.
