TLDR : Answer Summary
The post shares information about the visa-on-arrival policy in Thailand for certain countries, highlighting that there is currently a promotion making it free until April 30th. The discussion clarifies that this applies to 21 specific countries, which typically pay 2000 baht for the visa-on-arrival.

That is for the 21 countries that get 15 day visa-on-arrivals to thailand when they come here. They usually pay 2000baht for them BUT there is a promotion now where they're free until April 30th

This has NOTHING to do with countries that get visa exempt entries

This is the list of countries that can get a VISA-ON-ARRIVAL

Andorra, Bhutan, Bulgaria, China, Cyprus, Ethiopia, Fiji, India, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Maldives, Malta, Mauritius, Paupa New Guinea, Romania, San Marino, Saudi Arabia, Taiwan, Ukraine & Uzbekistan.
