I currently live in thailand on a non O visa and will change to a non Immigrant B work visa. Does anyone know if it’s possible to travel to another (local) country to apply for non immigrant B, E visa or you have to travel back to your home country ?
Can you apply from any consulate world wide instead of your home countries ? NZ charges $2000 which is ridiculous , Australia is $600 , the currencies are almost the same value versus one another.
Hi all. I have a question about the education visa.
I have applied at a school and now have my letter. Next step is to fly to a country nearby and get the visa issued.
My questions are..
How much money would I need to show in my bank account?
Do I just need the current funds or any extra history of funds?
What is the best country to get the visa? I was told by my school not to go to Laos, Vietnam, KL and they said they have even heard of someone being turned down in Myanmar.
They said Penang is my best hope.
Finally do I need a police record check?
I plan to learn Thai and study at school.
Thanks for any advice..
Edit. Do I need proof that I'm leaving the country after the visa expires? I.e same as a tourist visa?
