TLDR : Answer Summary
If a non-B visa holder loses their departure card, they can get a new one at the airport when flying out. Alternatively, if they need to report their 90-day status or seek a visa extension, they should obtain a replacement from the immigration office during their visit.
90 DAY REPORTING RESOURCES / SERVICES
  • Use the trusted Thailand 90 Day Reporting Serviceto get your in-person report done and mailed to you for as low as 375 THB (even if the online system doesn't work for you).
  • For immediate assistance, contact Thai Visa Centre directly via LINE at @ThaiVisaCentre or Email them.

I wish they had an online app to fill in a register the departure cards Most if not all the information is on your flight booking. It could be done with a QR Code that brings you to a page to be filled in. Ir there could be link to your flight booking which has most of the data.

get a new one when you fly out, OR if you need to make a 90 day report or an extension get one from the immigration office when you go there

Happened to me too, recently. Just filled out a new one when leaving Thailand by air - no issues, no questions asked.

, keep in mind that some immigration offices require you go get a police report to give you a new one. Most don't but some do.

they'll look up your old card number, cross out the number on another card and write your number on it.
