Just because you got in this time doesn't mean others can for sure. Still too risky in my opinion but if one wants to take a risk, then no one stops you.
I guess I wasn't sure the guy stayed in Ireland or Thailand for 3 weeks but even then then it would have been the third time, which may raise some concerns for Thailand's frequenters.
