In the community discussion about health insurance options for expats in Thailand, several providers were mentioned, including AIA, Pacific Cross, April Thailand, AXA, and WRLife. Participants shared their experiences and suggestions for insurance plans, some indicating specific contacts within companies for better assistance. The conversation also included a question about whether insurance prices change based on the type of visa.
I am representing FWD instance company and have been focusing on helping expats in Thailand. If you have any questions about health insurance, please feel free to DM me. Thanks 🙏

I have never made a claim. I have a 40,000฿ deductible. I’ve never had a medical bill over 20,000฿. I am getting a 20% no-claims discount. Their customer service has been excellent.
My observations on this subject is that every company has customers with good experiences and others with bad experiences.
I'm asking because all companies are good until you file a claim. I'm in the decision-making phase, and this company was suggested to me by a broker. Thank you!
