just come on a non o visa for 3 months when you get here go to the local immigration and get a residency certificate and they will give you a letter for the bank so you can open a bank account

you don't need a idiot to do your licence for you you just do the online test show the certificate on your phone to dlt and do the reaction test no driving test and for 300 baht get your licence if you get a letter for that from immigration I just did mine

To open a bank account go to your immigration office get a rental certificate (residency certificate) and then ask for letter for the bank bring a international driver's permit and you can also get a letter for thai drivers licence
