I was told on here you need insurance I tried everything to get it not required please don't be fooled by walkers that make comments on this topic. There are a lot of helpful people who can help you but be careful. I am aussie I will help you through anything.

Not for non o visa it took 10 days and was straight forward when you get to thailand you don't need it either

She is right you cannot own a house yet non thai can only own 49% of property I say do it a house in thailand is around

dollars not a huge gamble when you have lived in thailand for 3 years the house can be put in your name after you get citizenship

you need the letter for the bank it will enable you to open an account I don't read thai so no idea what it said
