, what about at CW? Do they allow only one family extension per Non-O visa? If he asks family extension at CW isn't the extra hassle to also involve the certain family member to take the time off and spend the time at immigration office with him to get the extension. IOW, he can't do it alone?
The OP is right. The reason for other extension is retirement, the other “accompanying family members”. That dependent extension must be based on non-o, not o-a. So it would be logical that they have changed the others visa type first to non-o. It must be stamped on another page. Then both would have non-o, avoiding this o-a insurance. Or it could be the exact same thing they got last year. That I do not know.
So thai border imm told you that the sticker must be moved before you were able to stamp out? And the Satun Imm office managed to do that? What is 30k?
I see. Is it similar form and listing as you filled for TM30? I am condo owner and do reports online so have never seen any receipts. Your wife and son might be fined in case they fail to report new TM30 every time after arriving the country.
No prob what so ever. You can also apply for a one year extension to that Non-O visa if you choose to stay permanently within the 15 months you can get out of it. So might fit your purpose perfectly.
Robert Lagas He says he need to travel for work. This could turn out to be a huge problem, maybe. At most places where the imm police check are you really at home with your wife they will not be very flexible and let you know when they will be appearing at your door and need your neighbour to witness etc. It depends where the man and his wife lives at. Me and my wife did not receive any visit in BKK but it doesn't mean it will not happen.
As Robert said, you should also worry about the police check that you are at home with your wife during that average one month evaluation period. If you don't mind travelling every 90 days, I would rather just repeat the Non-O multiple from Penang, as Vladimir suggested.
Yes they can, up to them and stay 30 or 60 days accordingly and extend 30 days again. But they can't do it all year long. If you are on a non-imm visa one of them can follow you on that but I think for both it's not possible.
