Still lots of confusion over TM30 reporting. And I do realise it's a lot of trouble to register every guest and visitor personally at the immigration office. The online notification system of foreigners residing here works great for me in Bangkok. I know that most landlords are registered to it in CM as well and thought it is available the all kingdom wide. Is it? In cases with lots of in's and out's it comes very handy. I'm not sure if tenant's with long rental contracts can register to the access right away but their landlords for sure can and could then share the access codes in case it makes their life easier that way. Once you are online it just takes a minute to update the form.
