as far as I know you need all the documents you submitted when you applied and the immigration will check it again.

haven't heard anyone be refused for DTV yet from Samui but that is for people without a history of border bouncing - not sure if they are refusing those with long history of border bounce and sudden change to DTV.

can you not read your own post ?????? Additionally, this is only if the account is flagged or frozen for potential scams or ties to mule accounts, not if it is flagged for Know Your Customer violations like suspected incorrect visa for foreigners, sim card, or other incorrect information used to set up and register.

it doesn't say that! It clearly says ONLY frozen accounts flagged for potential scams or ties to mule accounts ! NOT if you have violated registration rules like incorrect visa ! There is no "wait and see" about visa violations

then you have until the last day of the Non B and need to leave

The minute your work permit is cancelled your visa becomes null and void if you were in extension of stay. If you were in first Non B for 90 days then you don't have to leave before it expires. If extension to stay then you have 24h to leave
