Jo McGuire can take 2 or 3 days. Just dont let it go past reporting date. If in doubt, head to immigration. It's a hit or miss process. Personally, I just go to the drive thru at Chiang Mai immigration and to the adjacent mall for lunch.

Bit awkward though, if you are a decent distance away from immigration.

FYI: for those who need to renew visas (Chiang Mai) extremely busy at the moment. It seems the trouble in the middle east has people heading to immigration to extend visas causing significant back-ups and spill over to following day.

Ray Bingham Was told years ago, as long as you dont change address new TM30 not required and first 90 day to be in person. Chiang Mai Immigration.
