I don’t think the multiple entry visa makes sense for what you are doing since you plan on doing multiple entry via travel anyhow which is just refreshing a tourist exempt visa on every revisit. You can also extend once through immigration on the 30 day exempt to get 60 days on the single entry.

I had a very good experience with Siam Legal though ultimately ended up doing the process myself

Right as above but 15 days minimum as they will give you a notification dated to return 15 days later for your Non-O stamp. I had to extend my 45 tourist visa because with APAC being in town it pushed me right passed my 15 day point since all the offices were closed because of it.

I got a place on Soi Sukhumvit 13 which is near the BTS and MRT. It is more expensive here but it also isn't far from Benjakitti park which is one of my favorite parks. I used Thailand-property.com for my home searches. You can AirBnB since a lot of places don't want to rent for less than 6-12 months.

Oh yeah sure why don't we talk on messenger. I am happy to send you everything I needed and can give a few pix as well to show you what immigration gave me for their requirements

hey sure I can only speak of my experience with doing this in Bangkok as each location is a bit different. If you want to message me directly I can go over things with you if you have questions or right maybe it would be a good idea to just post it in a message threat separately incase someone finds themself in the same situation

exactly that is what I found and felt happy to leave those groups and find this one (actually it was recommended to me by the woman who rented me the apartment I am in now)

thanks so much! From what I see on the paperwork that immigration gave me it looks like an easier process... mostly just proving the bank info it seems?

@Srini *****
thank you for this. I am wondering about that because I just transferred 800k baht to my K Bank account from Wise for getting my retirement visa. I think it says that it was transferred through a K Bank partner so wondering if that will not show as an international transfer even though my Wise receipt shows the US dollar conversion going to my K Bank account. Perhaps I need to transfer again but use the checked reason to ensure it shows "international transfer"?

yeah I hear you I only got lucky because the school I was taking classes in issued me a letter which a K Bank Branch accepted as proof of my intent to stay (I am not on an educational visa). I got denied by I think 7 banks (BB, KB, SB, different branches so just got lucky after seeing if my school could do anything to help). 5000 baht is definitely worth just having Siam do it if I were to try this again having not known otherwise.
