KV mansion & Kiky Ipremium, both on Soi 81 are nice, close to On Nut BTS, Lotus and Big C. Both have web presence. Not close to parks though...

Rents start around 15,000 baht NOT including water & electric. Condo has a pool & small gym. Can do month to month rentals.

I got a place on Soi Sukhumvit 13 which is near the BTS and MRT. It is more expensive here but it also isn't far from Benjakitti park which is one of my favorite parks. I used Thailand-property.com for my home searches. You can AirBnB since a lot of places don't want to rent for less than 6-12 months.

Check out Ratchaprarop Tower Mansion on Ratchaprarop soi 14. They are close to the BTS airport link, and Victory Monument BTS station, with two parks close by, and they do 4month leases. I've lived here for 12 years, and wouldn't move for anything. Centralworld is about a 15 minute walk.

Most standard rentals are 12 month lease however best to Google various rental sites for possible exceptions
