how you can doubt or challenge this amazes me. I waited at Information desk 100 minutes last week. I only give accurate information. By confusing it with landlord's TM30 you cause doubt and uncertainty. You should shut up until you make proper inquiries.

tourist don't register the TM30. Hotel or landlord creates TM30 by law and they're penalized for delay or failure. The list on the picture is IMMIGRATION office list given to me with Extension application form TM27. It's exactly what they'll ask for when you seek 30 days extension. Avoid lunch period 11.30am til 1.00pm

That's the list Immigration require with visa extension. Try to get them or change accommodation

not in Pattaya it's not. Messed up system at Immigration office. Closed for long lunch all staff laughing and joking. Not interested on service to customers...its a“fxck you” attitude. Chaotic queueing system ...recipe for argument confrontation and violence because of queue jumpers during 90 minutes of waiting. No application forms available even though it's obvious everyone needs one. Nope gotta join chaotic queue to get the form to then discover the list of required documents. A wasted day i won't repeat. 1900 for 30 days. Border bounce to Cambodia is 3300 for 60 days. I'll skip jomtien Immigration from now on.

it's in your SELF INTEREST to argue for professional advisers when that's what you're selling ！ It isn't about number of days in Thailand per se. It's about exceeding 179 days in a CALENDAR year. I've been here since mid July. I'm outta here in mid March (ticket bought) and I refused to succumb to pressure to open a Thai bank account. Not 180 days in a calendar year and no Thai bank account...on what basis can I be taxed on my own fxckin savings from taxed income over thirty years?!!

policy is good for GBP 16K of medical cover. Usually reimbursement also not up front payment. No real peace of mind. Treatment of some conditions can cost £50 to £100k plus repatriation or international air ambulance. The Thai policy would likely be insufficient for many situations. I have access to cash to insure myself. If the worst happens I can put my hands on more than AXA would provide

not what I'm hearing from border bounce agents. They “guarantee ” me and my gf will be re-admitted after 2nd visa exempt （60 day） plus a 30 day extension. Apparently agent very well connected at Immigration and only takes the fee knowing there'll be no problem at Thai/Cambodia border.

on that basis nobody can be totally confident their passport won't cause a concern to some over zealous pedantic IO. that's extreme. The uk passport agency knows what they're talking about. They could easily have said “replace it” but it's good to hear you know more about passports than they do. What a feckin arse u are.
