Well for the latter, you have to have a Thai wife, which in itself is a difficult process.

 To get cash back you have to spend a lot for points.

If your objective is spending a great deal of money to get points, and eventually some cash back, get a financial advisor.

But Advisors don't take AMEX because of the xtra 3% they are charged.
