 did for years long ago. BKK has an affiliation with BoA in NY, dont know why stopped, but most banks can transfer to Bkk converted to TB just insure its marked FTT ( foreign ) in passbook.

SS will always dep checks, it will never be taxed, you meet income requirements.

For 20+ years, a simple process. Why put $20+ kp into a no ( or 1%) account.

You can be just as comfortable on a bus, as at a four seasons , if your thought patterns are sound
